Our first meeting is all about listening and discovering what you are looking for, what you like, what you don’t like, and where you want to be. Are you building your brand-new dream home or remodeling an existing home in a mature neighborhood?
We also talk about your lifestyle and the features you want in a home. Do you like to cook and entertain? Do you have young children or lots of extended family? Do you want room in the backyard for a pool? Or is it important to be close to parks and jogging trails?

INTERIOR DESIGN AND SELECTIONS
You are ready to begin the process of your custom build. We start by creating a floor plan that suits your lifestyle. We ask questions to pique your curiosity. Do you want a butler’s pantry? Maybe a custom mudroom off the garage? Let’s make sure the project is 100% you. Once we define the main details of the floor plan, we move on to architectural details and renderings, then finally, all the finishing products.
CONSTRUCTION
We understand how important it is for you to be involved in all aspects of the construction of your home. From the first day of construction to the day we turn the keys over to you, we will celebrate with you as you see your dream come to life
Possession Day is our day to celebrate with you! We will have completed our final construction walk-through, and our skilled tradespeople have been busy with all the finishing details. Today is the day we get to unveil the finished project and hand over the keys. We’ll show you how to operate the mechanical components, go through basic maintenance procedures, point out lots of little details, and answer any questions you may have.
WARRANTY & SERVICE
As a company owned and operated by a husband and wife team, we are here when you need us.
Your home comes with a comprehensive warranty and a relationship with our service team to ensure your home performs as well as it looks.
Shortly after the one-year anniversary of the possession of your home, we meet with you to perform a quality assurance walkthrough. This ensures your home exceeds expectations and allows us to address any questions you may have.

Danica has strong communication skills, which she uses to be the liaison between our clients, suppliers, and construction team. She has been keeping the Trademark team on track for the last 9 years. Danica loves being involved in all areas behind the scenes—from permits to the one-year service work. As our Construction Coordinator, she works hard to keep things running smoothly.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT DO I NEED AS A DEPOSIT?
Every situation is different, but typically our deposit structure is 5% of the total purchase price or 20% of the land value, whichever is greater. This deposit must be paid in full before construction can commence on the project.
DO YOU BUILD OUTSIDE REGINA?
You bet! We love getting outside the city limits and exploring the surrounding area. From lake life to acreage life, we do it all. Depending on your location, there may be a travel charge, but we can’t wait to visit your site!
DO WE HAVE TO PICK A FLOOR PLAN OR CAN WE DESIGN OUR OWN?
All our projects are custom! You can pick a floor plan from our collection and make any changes you desire. Or you can work with our design team to create a floor plan that is 100% you! There is no cost difference between the two because we want your house to be a reflection of you.
WHO PURCHASES THE LAND?
We try to make the entire process easy and stress-free. If you find your dream location, we can typically purchase it on your behalf if you are ready to start the build process.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO GET STARTED?
In order for the build to start, we need a mortgage approval letter from your lender and your deposit handed in.
WHAT IF WE WANT TO DESIGN A HOUSE BUT WE ARE NOT READY TO START CONSTRUCTION RIGHT NOW?
No worries! We have two stages to the process: Design Stage + Construction Stage. We will work together in the design stage to get your floor plan designed and all your products selected. If you need to wait a little longer for the build phase to start, that is fine with us. We understand life happens, so together we will come up with a plan that works for everyone!
